The University requires them to complete the training listed below :
1. For understanding the regulations related to workplace safety and health in Taiwan—OSHA Digital Learning Platform for Occupational Safety and Health.
(1) Occupational safety and health training course (I)
(2) Occupational safety and health training course (II)
- a. Complete the membership registration first and log in to attend the courses.
- b. Ensure you have completed the courses and earned the credits.
- c. You may log on to an English version of the user manual of the e-learning platform for more details.
2. Watch the video to know about the prevention of chemical hazards and safe operation of laboratory equipment and electricity.
3. Read “Tzu Chi University Safety and Health Rules in the Workplace.”
4. After fulfilling the first three requirements,
- a. You should fill in the relevant workplace safety and health education & training form(s), prepare the certificates of completion for courses (I) and (II), and submit them to the unit supervisor, project host, or laboratory director.
- b. The unit supervisor, project host, or laboratory director shall complete the review and keep the documents for future reference.
